Arb.fun commits to regulatory compliance while maintaining DeFi principles. We don't custody funds, requiring no money transmitter licensing. The platform is non-custodial infrastructure.

KYC isn't required for platform access. However, connected CEXs may have their own requirements. We don't share data between platforms or assist with CEX verification.

We cooperate with legitimate law enforcement within legal boundaries. However, the platform's decentralized nature limits our ability to freeze funds or reverse transactions.

Sanctions compliance is users' responsibility. We don't maintain banned user lists or geographic restrictions. The permissionless nature means we can't effectively enforce restrictions.

Tax reporting is users' responsibility. We provide transaction exports for tax preparation. Consult tax professionals for jurisdiction-specific obligations. We don't provide tax advice.
